Who we are

This website belongs to Perfect Gardening Services & Tree Care, Tony's tree and hedge business working in Dublin, Kildare, Meath and Wicklow. The business is the data controller for what you send through it. Contact: 083 356 6329.

What we collect

When you send the form we get your name, phone number, town or area, the job and anything you write. If you message Tony on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms apply to that chat.

What we use it for

Only to answer your enquiry and price your job. We do not sell it or pass it to anyone to market to you.

Who handles it for us

The form goes to TradeForce, the company that runs this website and its ads, whose lead system passes your enquiry on to Tony by WhatsApp and email. TradeForce only uses it to deliver the enquiry and to count which ads bring enquiries.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for your enquiry or job, and for the records the law asks a business to keep.

Cookies and the Google tag

Nothing is set until you choose in the cookie banner. If you accept, the Google tag (Google Ads) may set cookies so we can see which of our ads bring enquiries, and taps on the phone number and WhatsApp are counted. If you reject, no Google tag loads. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by ringing Tony. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
